What's your return policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items should be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email support@zolid.co and we’ll help you through it. Full details are in our refund policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact us first at support@zolid.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted. Change-of-mind refunds are processed within 7 working days; a 30% staff handling fee applies, as outlined in our refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, incomplete, or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost. Email support@zolid.co.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, then typically arrive within 6–12 business days depending on destination and the carrier. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email when it ships. If you don’t have an update within 5 business days, email support@zolid.co.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You’ll always see the shipping price before you pay. Some orders qualify for free shipping once they reach the threshold shown in your cart.
What if my package is lost or delayed?

Can I return sale items?
Yes. Sale items are covered by the same 30-day return policy as full-price orders. Gift cards can’t be returned or refunded. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
Is the Zolid towel good for sensitive skin?
